A public course is open to participants from any organization, and its dates are announced in advance: a clear annual schedule of cities and dates that lets you plan ahead and take a seat at the time that suits your work. The cities on the schedule include Abu Dhabi, Barcelona, Dubai and Istanbul.
Because the seats are not held for a single employer, the room fills with participants from different organizations and sectors, and that mix is what enriches discussion and experience sharing — you hear how a question you face was handled elsewhere, and they hear it from you.
A certificate from the institute goes to every participant who completes the course.
Registration terms
A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued, and the fee is settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge; after that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date, while a no-show is charged in full. Organizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year.
